WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
A proper club swim suit you can wear on your period without a tampon. Hannah Miley co-designed it because too many girls quit swimming the year their period starts. Racerback cut, full compression, leakproof gusset that holds your heaviest training day. Sizes run from junior XXS to adult L, so the same suit fits a first regional gala and an adult Masters session.
HOW IT WORKS
Two fabrics doing opposite jobs. The outer shell repels pool water so the suit stays light. The gusset traps period blood for up to four hours of training. No bulk anywhere on the suit and nothing visible through it.
BEST FOR
Club training, galas, Masters meets, and any session where you'd normally pick a one-piece. Wear it on your heaviest day or your lightest. Note: check your governing body's rules before senior or elite-level competition.
GOOD TO KNOW
Chlorine-resistant recycled nylon (polyamide) with reinforced gusset seams and high visibility neon print. Two seasons of regular club training works out at about £2 per wear, and one suit replaces hundreds of disposable pads or tampons. Rinse cold straight after the pool, machine wash cold in a laundry bag or on delicate, no softener or tumble dry - air dry.
