We want you to feel confident in your WUKA® purchase, which is why we offer a 40-day satisfaction guarantee on your first pair of period pants. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are unworn and unwashed.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
